Transition Planning for 14 to 17 year-olds
Creating Independent Adults
Transition refers to the period when youth with disabilities leave the school system and continue to adult life–college, vocational training, employment, and/or independent living. Our experienced faculty equips these young adults, with disabilities between 14 and 16 years, with skills that will hold them in good stead in the years to come. They are coached on soft skills such as work behaviour, dress & hygiene, punctuality, relations with others, and more. The transition planning is part of our support system that enables inclusivity and independence for youth with disabilities.
